ASHLEY

Ashley brings over 15 years of project management experience from the pharmaceutical industry, where she honed her skills in keeping complex, multi-million projects on track and delivering exceptional results. Now, she’s putting that expertise to work in the world of interior design, ensuring our projects run smoothly, stay on schedule, and exceed expectations. Known for her strong communication and relationship-building skills, Ashley thrives in collaborating with both our creative team and our valued clients.

When she's not at the office, you can find her at home in Hartford County, balancing life as a busy boy mom with her husband and a Diet Coke in hand!

anika

Anika brings a thoughtful and creative design perspective to every project she takes on. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for designing spaces that feel both beautiful and functional, she approaches each design with care and intention. She believes great design begins with listening - understanding how people live, work and connect within a space- and translating that insight into timeless, cohesive interiors.

As a new member of our design team, Anika contributes fresh ideas, a collaborative spirit, and a deep appreciation for materials, balance and flow. Her thoughtful approach ensures every space reflects the client's story, while enhancing the way they experience it every day.

When she’s not designing, you can find her working on her master’s in Sustainable Design at the Boston Architectural College or diving into new creative pursuits like henna art and cooking for her loved ones.
